Class Description

Colleen’s Hatha Vinyasa class blends the benefits of both styles, offering a more balanced practice. This will include a mix of longer-held poses (Hatha) and flowing sequences (Vinyasa), all whilst linking the breath. Hatha Vinyasa can build strength and flexibility, whilst the conscious flow of breath helps boost energy and promote mental calm. We will then move into our pranayama (ancient breathing technique) to cleanse the body, mind and soul then end with a guided meditation.
