I offer a range of services to help my clients achieve holistic well-being. From various yoga sessions during events and retreats, sound baths, day retreats, and online and in person face yoga sessions, we have something for everyone. I am an experienced practitioner and dedicated to providing comprehensive and high-quality services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. My aim is to help you find that connection with yourself again, and connect with likeminded people along the way.

Retreats

DAY RETREATS

A day carefully created with love. A day to reset. A day to prioritise you. All day retreats are focused on creating space for woman to relax, restore and feel rejuvenated. To escape the busyness of life and calm the mind. All activities offered are to promote self love and healing. The day retreats are inclusive of meals, snacks, tea and water and fresh juices.

ABROAD RETREATS

I have now teamed up with my best friend of almost 30 years and we have created magic together. Head over to Sankalpa Retreats and find out more about our Retreat to Portugal in June 2025. Our abroad retreats are carefully chosen, offer peace and tranquillity and allow you to retreat to a place where you can connect with your true self. Each abroad retreat will be created for you to take part in activities that will reset the mind, body and soul.

Yoga

Hatha Yoga- Beginners

Hatha Yoga is a breathe based practice that connects the mind, body and spirit bringing you into balance. 'Ha' means Sun and 'tha' means Moon. Hatha Yoga means bringing balance between the Sun and Moon within you. The Sun represents our masculine energy and the Moon represents our feminine energy. Hatha brings both energies into a mutual relationship resulting in balance in your mind, body, and spirit. 

Face Yoga

Face Yoga Sessions 

Face yoga is a practice of specific massages and exercises that work to invigorate the facial muscles, your lymphatic system and your skin. Its aim is to relax the face and help improve any tension or stress you may be storing in your facial muscles. The class will focus on the mind, body, breath connection.  In this session, you will be guided through a unique facial massage, facial yoga techniques using a gua sha and lymphatic drainage techniques.

Feel to Heal

Feel to Heal

Movement & Sound

Feel to Heal was created to incorporate movement, sound and reiki to release trapped emotions within the body, release stress and realign our energy centres, promoting self-healing and deep relaxation. 

The session begins with somatic yoga movements to open up the hips where emotional stress and trauma is stored. We then move into a sound bath created with love to allow you to heal on a cellular level and bathe in the vibrations of the quartz crystal singing bowls. During the session, the most loving reiki healing energy will be shared as a group.

Various special events will be in collaboration with other amazing businesses with similar values and offerings to my own. These events will provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing for everyone.

  • Do I have to be flexible to practice yoga?
    No you do not have to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga is more than the perfect pose. It is about recognising your own abilities and what feels good for you.
  • Do I need to bring anything to a face yoga session?
    The gua sha, facial oil and mats/props are all provided. I would suggest bringing some water and wearing comfortable clothing.
  • How do I book a session/retreat/event/workshop?
    There will be a booking link attached to each service on the services page . You will be required to provide your bank details and pay via credit/debit/mastercard/visa. Additionally, if you would like to bank transfer, this is also an option so just drop me an email and we can arrange this.
  • What do I bring to a womans circle?
    Wear comfortable clothing, bring a pillow for extra comfort, some water and a journal.
  • What do I bring to a Loch session?
    Bring a yoga mat, wear your swimwear under your loose-fitting yoga clothes, a towel, warm clothes for afterwards i.e a jacket, warm socks. Additionally, you can bring a warm drink and snacks to enjoy by the fire.
