WELCOME
Hi and welcome to Flow Yoga & Wellness. I am Colleen and I have been working on my business for the last two years. I am a self-love and self-healing enthusiast and have created sessions, events and retreats to allow you to feel safe, loved and find that true connection with yourself.
Life can be tough, stressful and we can often forget to love and care for ourselves like we do others. My aim is to create space to allow you to take off all the different hats you wear daily (mum, dad, colleague, friend, sister, aunt, uncle, grandparent and so on) and allow you to find your true self, find who your are, what you like and to figure out how you want your life to look.
My sessions include weekly Hatha Yoga classes for Beginners, however, all levels are welcome. I have monthly Face Yoga sessions held in various locations and an online, 4 week Face Yoga course that I run every few months. Additionally, I host the most beautiful 'Feel to Heal' session at the gorgeous Reiki Love Club. This session includes Sound Healing, Somatic Yoga and Reiki. The purpose of this session is to allow you to heal from past trauma, stress or grief. Finally, I create events for corporate companies, schools, charities where the primary focus is on health and wellbeing from a holistic approach and special events where I collaborate with other likeminded people who have similar values to my own and have the same intention for others.
Lets talk retreats! Well, did I ever think I would host a retreat for people? No! I did not think I would be capable of such a privilege. BUT, I have and I have hosted two retreats this year to Slovenia which was just pure magic. My next retreat is in Portugal in June 2025. My name is Colleen
I am a mum of two beautiful girls, a wife to my wonderful husband and I have two fur babies (cats). Life hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows. I’ve been through my fair share of trauma, abuse, grief and loss. I am a huge advocate for mental health and work really hard to maintain a positive and healthy mind.
