The Flow Method
The Flow Method™ was born from my own healing, the long journey of learning to reconnect with my body after trauma, loss, and years of living in survival mode. It's a gentle yet powerful six week framework that guides people back to themselves. It weaves together movement, stillness, sound, breath, and reflection, the five pillars that sit at the heart of every experience.
ABOUT ME
My name is Colleen
I am a mum of two beautiful girls, a wife to my wonderful husband and I have three fur babies (cats). Life hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows. I’ve been through my fair share of trauma, abuse, grief and loss. I am a huge advocate for mental health and work really hard to maintain a positive and healthy mind.
