Throughout the month, we host a carefully curated selection of events designed to help you reset, reconnect and return to yourself. From sound immersions and breathwork journeys to workshops, ceremonies and special collaborations, each event offers something a little deeper than your weekly class. These sessions are created to support your nervous system, emotional wellbeing and personal growth in a safe, welcoming space. Some events are restorative and grounding.
