Face Yoga with Gua Sha
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating group session focused on natural beauty, self-care, and inner calm. This event combines gentle face yoga techniques, lymphatic drainage, and facial massage to lift, tone, and release tension from the face, neck, and jaw. You’ll be guided through simple, effective movements to support circulation, reduce puffiness, and encourage a radiant, healthy glow. The session also includes the use of facial oils and a Gua Sha tool, all provided, helping to smooth the skin, ease tightness, and promote deep relaxation.
