What is 'The Flow Method'?
The Flow Method™ was born from my own healing, the long journey of learning to reconnect with my body after trauma, loss, and years of living in survival mode.
It’s a method that grew naturally through my work as a social worker and mental health officer, and through my studies in yoga, Reiki, and sound healing. I began to notice how the body, the mind, and the nervous system all hold our stories, and that real healing happens when we learn to move with them, not against them.
The Flow Method™ is a gentle yet powerful framework that guides people back to themselves. It weaves together movement, stillness, sound, breath, and reflection, the five pillars that sit at the heart of every experience. These practices work in harmony to regulate the nervous system, release what the body has been holding, and create space for genuine rest and reconnection.

At its core, The Flow Method™ moves through five natural phases of healing, Ground, Release, Rest, Rebuild, and Reconnect. Each one represents a step in the process of coming home to yourself: learning to feel safe in your body, letting go of what no longer serves you, allowing space to rest, rebuilding your inner strength, and finally reconnecting to life with clarity and peace.
In 2025, The Flow Method™ was brought to life through a six-week programme, a deeply personal and guided experience designed to help people begin this journey. Each week focuses on one of the pillars while gently moving through the healing phases. You’ll be guided through mindful movement, breathwork, sound healing, deep rest, and self-reflection, supported by a beautifully designed workbook to carry your progress from week to week.
You don’t have to chase healing. You simply have to create space for it to flow.
This programme has already touched hearts and changed lives, and in 2026, The Flow Method™ will fully launch, expanding into retreats, workshops, teacher trainings, and online programmes so more people can access this work wherever they are.
The Flow Method™ isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering the parts of you that already know how to heal.
