The Flow Method™ : 1:1 Reset & Reconnect is a deeply supportive, personalised version of the Flow Method™ experience, designed for those who want a more intimate, tailored approach to their healing journey.
This programme is about being met exactly where you are, emotionally, physically, and energetically and gently supported back into regulation, connection, and self-trust.

This ticket gives you access to 6x 1:1 sessions as part of the 6 week programme. You will arrange in advance the days and times that suit both you and the facilitator.
