Class Description

This class combines the grounding principles of Hatha yoga with the fluidity of mindful flow. Postures are held with awareness to build strength, balance, and alignment, while gentle transitions create a sense of ease and connection between body and breath. With a slower pace than traditional vinyasa, this practice invites you to move intentionally, deepen your awareness, and release tension from both body and mind. You’ll leave feeling centred, calm, and refreshed. Suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy

You will be able to reschedule your class up to 12 hours before your class begins. Out with this time, you will lose the space. This cannot be amended. No shows may incur additional fees. Thank you.
