Class Description

Colleen will be guiding you through a Hatha yoga practice. Through a combination of dynamic and static movements, we build strength, improve flexibility and bring awareness to our bodies, while promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Hatha classes are generally slower-paced, allowing for a deeper exploration of each pose and a greater focus on alignment and the breath. Adjustments and modifications will be available to you.
