Take your hands-on adjustment skills to the next level with this practical, immersive workshop created for yoga teachers who already have some experience with physical assists.

Across the weekend, we’ll explore how to offer adjustments with confidence, care and precision, with a particular focus on more dynamic and vulnerable areas of practice including backbends, inversions and Vinyasa transitions.

You’ll learn how to use touch to support stability and spaciousness, assist students safely into deeper expressions of postures, recognise individual bodies and boundaries, and adapt your approach rather than applying a one-size-fits-all adjustment.

There will be plenty of hands-on practice, giving and receiving adjustments, observing different bodies and receiving personalised feedback throughout.
