Step into a slow, intentional facial ritual designed to restore flow, soften tension, and support natural radiance. Guided with care, this experience weaves together face yoga, dry facial brushing, gua sha techniques, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, and gentle facial cupping.
Face yoga gently awakens and tones the facial muscles, helping to soften habitual tension and support natural lift. Dry facial brushing lightly stimulates the skin, encouraging circulation and preparing the face for deeper work. Gua sha, a traditional Chinese tool used for centuries, is applied using smooth, mindful strokes to release tightness, support lymphatic flow, and encourage balance and vitality through the face and neck.
Facial massage and lymphatic drainage are woven throughout to ease the jaw, cheeks, neck, and upper chest, supporting detoxification and reducing stagnation. Gentle facial cupping boosts circulation and brings fresh energy to the skin, enhancing glow while remaining deeply calming and restorative.
