Nathalie will guide you through a hands-on exploration of safe, effective adjustments for:
Standing & balancing postures – Warrior I & II, Triangle, Half Moon, Dancer, and more
Seated & restorative postures – Forward Folds, Twists, Pigeon variations, and more
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of physical alignment, energetic awareness, and confidence in your assisting skills.
What to bring;
Wear comfortable clothing for practicing and some water. Bring a pad and a pen for notes.
