Free Community Walk- Walk with Flow
This isn’t about getting your steps in, how fast you can walk or how far you can go.
Walks with Flow is simply about getting outside, moving together and connecting with good people.
Bring your dog, your friends, your family or the kids or just come along yourself. You don’t need to know anyone and you definitely don’t need to be part of the studio already. Everyone is welcome.
We’ll meet outside Drumpellier Country Park Café, at the benches side of the café, before heading off together for a relaxed walk around the park.
