Class Description

This holistic practice blends pranayama, meditation, and Hatha/Vinyasa flow into a mindful journey for body and mind. With breath-led movement you’ll release tension, and built up stress, build energy, and create inner balance. The class closes with a heart-opening cacao meditation, inviting deep rest, connection, and clarity. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and fully present, nourished in body, mind, and spirit. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Cancellation Policy

You will be able to reschedule your class up to 12 hours before your class begins. Out with this time, you will lose the space. This cannot be amended. No shows may incur additional fees. Thank you.
