Class Description

Suitable for woman in their second trimester. You’ll learn how movement, breath and mobility can assist your body as it evolves, ease common pregnancy aches and prepare you physically and energetically for labour. Expect each class to encourage curiosity and exploration balanced, strength and flexibility movement and rest, information and intuition in a way that honours your own unique experience.

Cancellation Policy

You will be able to reschedule your class up to 12 hours before your class begins. Out with this time, you will lose the space. This cannot be amended. No shows may incur additional fees. Thank you.
