Expect targeted stretches for the neck, shoulders, spine, hips, and legs, with mindful breath to release tension and improve mobility. Perfect for stepping away from your desk, resetting your posture, and moving more comfortably through the rest of your day. Level: Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. No experience needed.
